All of our beef are grass fed and grain finished at least 120 days prior to processing.
Our beef is free of routine antibiotics and growth hormones. You can feel confident feeding your family the highest quality and best tasting beef possible. Our beef is all natural.
Our Herd is primarily Corriente based with some cross breeding to enhance marbling and tenderness.
