Our Story

We are a small family operation. We have been feeding beef for 20 years (since September 2003) for our family and over the past six years (2017) have expanded to friends and family
.

We are a returning generation back to ranching. With Shane’s roots returning from both parents ranching near Hulett, Wyoming by Devils Tower National Monument. He also spent the summers with his uncle and cousins on the ranch near Alzada, Montana which had a big influence on living the ranching lifestyle.

We felt it was crucial to teach our daughters from a young age responsibility, work ethic, care for animals, sense of accomplishment, knowledge of where their food comes from and a wealth of other valuable life skills. They have been able to see the full lifecycle from the excitement of a newborn calf to the enjoyment on a customers plate. We have all learned to deal with the harsh realities, the difficulties and the rewards of ranch life.

We enjoy that our customers know who and where their beef and eggs come from. It’s also rewarding to hear how much they enjoy the fresh taste, significant difference from store-bought, overall price savings and the availability right in their freezer.

We have a belief in customer assurance that all animals have been treated as humanely as possible. (May not always be the case verbally. LOL.)
